Outstanding customer care! I've purchased our travel system in November. In August, the handle accidently rubbed against something in the boot and the foam broke - which wasn't covered by the warranty. None of the less, W.H Watts still fixed the handle for me and paid for delivery! Great customer experience, thank you!

I ordered the Oyster pram package included was the carrycot stroller Britax car seat with adapters for a great price - if I'd ordered from Mothercare it would have been nearly £200 extra.. It says delivery approx 4 weeks but I recieved it within a week which was great also free delivery, the pram is everything and more has everything you need and it is so easy to assemble I love it so much.. I emailed enquires and the response was so fast I didn't have to wait days for a reply like other websites - great communication - great website - great prices

My only problem was that i was not informed that the item i ordered was out of stock and how long it would be.Something that can easily be remedied.
