Collect In Store

Welcome to our new Collect In Store option.

To use this feature is very easy, when you place an order through our website and advance to the checkout there is an option to select your Shipping Method. In this drop down menu you will have the option to have the item shipped by Fedex or you can choose to Collect In Store.

If you choose Collect In Store, we will inform you when the item(s) are due to come into stock (if they are not already available). Once in stock we will inform you that the item(s) are ready for collection from the store. This may be by telephone or by email.

When collecting from the store you will need to provide the following as proof of purchase:

  • Printed Order Confirmation - contains your unique order reference number
  • Photo ID - passport / drivers licence
  • Proof of Address - household bill, etc

Please be aware that these details MUST match the information given on the order for the billing address otherwise you may be declined the option to take your item(s) at the counter.

  • Collections MUST be made by the person who placed the order.
  • Collections CANNOT be made on someone else's behalf.

Failure to provide any of the required conditions listed above will result in an instant refusal of the goods at the counter.
