DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY - furniture only
For on-line purchases payment is taken in full. For in-store purchases payment of goods must be complete at least 2 working days prior to delivery and assembly. In both instances your billing address must match the address to which your card is registered.
A telephone number is required - we will call you to arrange delivery/assembly of your furniture, where applicable, and in case of any problems which may occur.
Furniture only - Free delivery and assembly by W H Watts (within 60 mile radius of the store only) applies only to a minimum order of 2 pieces of large furniture (this excludes - shelves, chest extenders, toy boxes, additional drawers, cot-top changers, additional wardrobe storage tops).
Smaller items over £50 will qualify for free delivery only. Orders totalling under £50 will be sent by carrier and are subject to a carriage charge.
Any dates specified by W H Watts & Son Ltd for delivery of the Products are intended to be an estimate. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
Some deliveries / assemblies may be attended to by the manufacturer and may incur charges.
Some furniture deliveries in the UK may incur a delivery charge due to their size, weight and volume of boxes so please contact us for details before ordering.
Prior to delivery & assembly, access to the room where the furniture is to be assembled should be cleared of obstacles and wall hangings should be removed (especially on stairways). The room in which the furniture is intended to occupy should be cleared and a space large enough to assemble the furniture should be made available. The room should preferably be large enough for 2 persons to work in, along with the furniture (minimum 6' x 9' [1.83m x 2.74m]) - if this is not possible then an additional space - preferably an adjacent, adjoining or reasonably close area should be provided if possible as some pieces of furniture cannot/should not be moved due to size, weight and construction.
Management reserve the right to refuse purchase / delivery of items at their own discretion.
For all other orders not requiring assembly they will be dispatched via carrier / Royal Mail. Telephone number is still required. You will receive a confirmation email of dispatch.
Delivery will be next working day, where applicable, if the item is in stock (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
Items priced / totalling £50 or over are delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses (excludes Scottish Highlands & Islands). Other areas / countries please contact the store for shipping rates.
UK Islands & Northern Ireland are charged at £8.95
Channel Islands are charged at £19.95
Some larger items (e.g. furniture) may incur delivery charges so please check with us prior to ordering.
VAT is included in the prices shown.

Please be aware that countries outside of the EU can be subject to import/customs tax and duty payable by the recipient.
If any of the Products do not conform with the Warranty W H Watts & Son Ltd and/or the manufacturer of the Products shall at its option repair or replace such Products (or the defective part) or refund the price paid for such Products against production by you of a valid receipt provided that you return the Products or the part of such Products which is defective to W H Watts & Son Ltd.
Any other refunds or exchanges in respect of unused Products with their original packaging where there is no breach of the Warranty or any of the warranties shall be at W H Watts & Son Ltd’s discretion and in any event a refund or exchange will not be considered by W H Watts & Son Ltd more than 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery.
Without prejudice, no refund or exchange will be given for: (a) nappies, toiletries, bottles or other personal items; (b) self-assembly furniture once partially or fully assembled; (c) curtains and bedding once removed from packaging;
