At egg® they have always been smitten with the smallest of details. That button; this stitch of fabric, those buckle clasps, the treads on that tyre. It’s the dozens of tiny individual decisions that make the complete finished product so perfect. After all, everything we do is based on looking after babies, the smallest of people, so every miniscule part is important and makes a difference.
When they had the big idea to create another egg® stroller we asked themselves how small can we go?
There are lots of tiny strollers available though, so they tweaked the question – how small can they go without compromising the luxury, convenience and safety that the egg brand offers.
The answer … the eggZ®
The eggZ® Stroller is everything you would expect to get with it's larger cousin the egg® Stroller from the easy pushing, exquisitely tailored fabrics, smooth ride right through to the curve of the chassis. egg® have managed to compact this down and still keep all of these features and quality in a smaller package that is the eggZ® Stroller.
Chassis, Basket & Wheels
With the eggZ® Stroller there is a very clever z-fold system, which is a one-handed process that uses discreet buttons positioned on the ends of the hand-stitched handlebar to activate it. The fold is compact and free standing so making it easy for you to store and transport around. The handlebar also has two very handy hanging hooks that allow you to hang your backpack (sold separately) on.
An extending under-seat basket gives you a great deal of storage, up to 3kg maximum, for such a small stroller so no need to worry about bringing home the shopping on your trips out. Compact puncture-free PU tyres make sure you are not inconvenienced when out and about and they also have the unique egg tread pattern so you can leave your mark wherever you go. With excellent handling and optimum smooth ride you have come to expect, the eggZ® also comes with the flip-flop friendly brake pedal that has a visual ‘traffic light’ green and red indicator so you can tell at a glance if the brake is applied or not.
Canopy & Seat
A three position recline on the seat unit allows you to get baby in their ideal position for comfort. Suitable from birth to 22kg the seat provides a snug, cocoon-like environment for baby and a super comfortable seat for toddlers thanks to the deep padding and soft-touch fabrics. The recline function is a simple one-hand touch system that is so much easier than the strap recline found on other strollers, plus the 5-point magnetic buckle system on the eggZ® Stroller makes life even easier. UPF 50+ sun protection is the order of the day with the large extendable canopy with hidden ventilation net. The ventilation net also doubles as a viewing window to let yo keep an eye on your precious cargo.

8. RETURNS
8.1 - Damaged or missing parts
For all deliveries signed as 'unchecked' any damage and/or missing parts must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within a reasonable period of time (ideally within 24 hours).
If a box looks damaged in any way, shape or form it should be signed for as ‘box damaged’ and any damage/missing parts must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within a reasonable period of time (ideally within 24 hours).
If a delivery is signed as ‘checked’ any damage/missing parts must be reported to us via e-mail / phone call within 24 hours otherwise any claim will be void for the item and will then become chargeable repair / replacement.
If you arranged collection of your goods through your own courier (not provided by W H Watts & Son Ltd.) then any returns will be at your own arrangement and your own cost. W H Watts accepts no responsibility for damaged or missing goods done through an external courier arranged by you (the customer) once the goods leave the store and we do not accept any liability for return costs. This also applies to section 8.2
8.2 - Faulty - Collection will be arranged by us
If you are returning goods deemed to be faulty, no charge will be incurred. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number, email address, order number and reason for returning the goods. If the goods are faulty then a repair, refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case. Exceptions to this are if you arranged collection of your goods through your own courier in which case a collection charge may be incurred or you may be required to arrange the return at your own cost.
8.3 - Returning Non-Faulty/Non-Damaged Goods
You must contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved prior to items being returned. Please Note: All goods collected by our courier will incur a non-refundable minimum return carriage charge of £25.50 per consignment payable in full prior to arranging collection of your item(s). Non-mainland UK, Scottish Highland and Island addresses may incur a higher return carriage charge.
If you (the customer) return the goods using a different method / courier then you are liable for the cost of returning goods.
Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number, email address, order number and reason for returning the goods.
Items MUST be returned within 7 days of receipt and MUST be complete before a refund can be issued. Returns MUST be sent by recorded delivery .
Postage costs will not be refunded for any returns under section 8.3.
