Delivery Information

  • Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24hr (unless otherwise stated) and are delivered as outlined below (excludes weekends, bank holidays and courier related delays).

  • Delivery for orders of Β£99.99 or less are charged at Β£6.99 forΒ delivery within 3-5 working days (excludes weekends, bank holidays and courier related delays).

  • Delivery for orders of Β£100.00 or over are eligible for free next working day delivery (if ordered before 11am - excludes weekends, bank holidays and courier related delays).

  • Prices quoted above are to UK mainland addresses ONLY (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands). Please, view our delivery options in our Delivery & Returns for all other areas or contact us on 01624 246125 for any shipping enquiries.

Some furniture items / sets may incur an additional charge for delivery, including UK Mainland so please check with us before purchasing.

Please be aware that countries outside of Europe can be subject to import/customs tax and duty payable by the recipient.

Returns Information

OurΒ Returns information is outlined below as taken from our Terms & Conditions (section 8)

8. RETURNSΒ 

8.1 -Β Damaged or missing parts

For all deliveries signed as 'unchecked' any damage and/or missing parts must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within a reasonable period of timeΒ (ideally within 24 hours).

If a box looks damaged in any way, shape or form it should be signed for as β€˜box damaged’ and any damage/missing parts must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within a reasonable period of time (ideally within 24 hours).

If a delivery is signed as β€˜checked’ any damage/missing parts must be reported to us via e-mail / phone call within 24 hours otherwise any claim will be void for the item and will then become chargeable repair / replacement.

If you arranged collection of your goods through your own courier (not provided by W H Watts & Son Ltd.) then any returns will be at your own arrangement and your own cost. W H Watts accepts no responsibility for damaged or missing goods done through an external courier arranged by you (the customer) once the goods leave the store and we do not accept any liability for return costs. This also applies to section 8.2

8.2 -Β Faulty -Β Collection will be arranged by us

If you are returning goods deemed to be faulty, no charge will be incurred. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number, email address, order numberΒ and reason for returning the goods.Β If the goods are faulty then a repair, refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case. Exceptions to this are if you arranged collection of your goods through your own courier in which case a collection charge may be incurred or you may be required to arrange the return at your own cost.

8.3 -Β Returning Non-Faulty/Non-Damaged GoodsΒ 

You must contact us before returning goodsΒ as many problems can be solved prior to items being returned.Β Please Note: All goods collected by our courier will incur a non-refundableΒ minimumΒ return carriage charge of Β£25.50 per consignment payable in full prior to arranging Β collection of your item(s). Non-mainland UK, Scottish Highland and Island addresses may incur a higher return carriage charge.

If you (the customer) return the goods using a different method / courier then you are liable for the cost of returning goods.Β 

Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number, email address, order numberΒ and reason for returning the goods.

ItemsΒ MUSTΒ be returned within 7 days of receipt andΒ MUSTΒ be completeΒ before a refund can be issued.Β ReturnsΒ MUSTΒ be sent by Β recorded deliveryΒ .

Postage costs will not be refunded for any returns under section 8.3.
